Begin by preheating the air fryer to 200°F/390°C, setting the timer to 15 minutes.
Pierce the sausage links 3-4 times, making sure you pierce both sides.
When the air fryer is preheated and the indicator light changes, spray the basket with oil if desired and add the sausage links to the air fryer using tongs and then close the air fryer.
Cook the sausage links for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the air fryer...
... and flip the sausage links over with the tongs.
Close the air fryer and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until they are browned all over and cooked through.
Remove the sausage links from the air fryer and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
