Healthy Beef and Broccoli Recipe

Ready in 20 minutes, this Healthy Beef and Broccoli Recipe is better than takeout!

Ingredients:

★ Flank Steak

★ Broccoli

★ Onion

★ Garlic and Ginger

★ Chinese 5 Spice

★ Soy Sauce

★ Honey

★ Sesame Oil

★ Lemon Juice

★ Cornstarch

This is a quick and easy meal prep idea. The leftovers reheat beautifully!

Steam the broccoli in the microwave by adding it to a bowl with a little water. Cover and microwave until just tender!

Cook the beef for a couple of minutes until it's browned and set it aside.

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger for a couple of minutes before adding your stir fry sauce. Simmer and then thicken with starch.

Add the broccoli and beef back to the skillet. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes until everything is heated through.
