- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 10 drops liquid stevia or sweetener of choice
- 2 cookies like biscoff or oreos
- sprinkle of cinnamon optional
Mix together the yogurt and liquid stevia. Add more sweetness to taste. You can mix these up right in the serving bowl.

Vertically insert the cookies into the yogurt. I broke mine into pieces to spread it throughout the bowl.
