  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 10 drops liquid stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 2 cookies like biscoff or oreos

Instructions

  • Mix together the yogurt and liquid stevia. Add more sweetness to taste. You can mix these up right in the serving bowl.

  • Vertically insert the cookies into the yogurt. I broke mine into pieces to spread it throughout the bowl.
    2 cookies
  • Allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chill 2 hours minimum, overnight for best texture.
  • Break cookies into chunks, don't leave whole.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness, brands vary.
  • Strain runny yogurt first.
  • Add cinnamon just before eating.

Storage

  • Fridge, covered: up to 2 days.
  • Not freezer-friendly.
  • Better made ahead than eaten immediately.
