Turn the air fryer on to 200°C/400°F and turn the timer dial to 12-15 minutes.
Allow the air fryer to heat up for 2 minutes, or until it indicates that it has reached the desired temperature.
Open the air fryer basket, spray with olive oil (optional) and carefully place the turkey bacon on, in a single layer taking care not to overlap the rashers. You can use tongs here if needed.
Cook the turkey bacon in air fryer for 5 minutes.
Using a pair of tongs, flip the turkey bacon rashers over and cook for a further 4-5 minutes, or until it reaches your desired consistency. **see notes
*I didn't need olive oil spray on my air fryer, but the option is there if needed.
**I like mine crispy so cooked them for the full 5 minutes on each side. 4 minutes on each side is the shortest time I tried, where the turkey bacon was just cooked.
The nutritional info varies by brand. I used Mattessons Smoke Flavored Turkey Bacon.
