- 900 g daikon radish 1 large daikon radish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2.5 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Pinch of lime zest
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
