- 1 banana divided
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon pecans crushed
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, optional
In a bowl with a fork, begin by mashing ¾ of the banana, and then mix it well with the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.

Slice the remaining banana and place it on top.
Using your hands (or a chopping board and knife), crush the pecans and place them on top followed by the pumpkin seeds.
