Roasted Acorn Squash Seeds

Using the whole squash not only reduces food waste, but it also gives you a tasty snack that's healthy too!

Ingredients:

★ Acorn Squash Seeds

(or any other squash!)

★ Butter

★ Honey

★ Smoked Paprika

★ Garlic Powder

★ Cinnamon

★ Chili Powder

★ Salt & Pepper

Firstly, wash the stringy bits off of the seeds, and then let them dry. I leave mine on a windowsill overnight. Does the trick!

Mix the seasoning ingredients together and then mix the seeds with the seasoning.

Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking tray and roast them in the oven.

Let them cool completely before eating or storing in a jar. They get super crunchy when they cool down!
