- Slice thickness matters: Thicker slices take longer to cook, so keep them even for best results.
- For a toaster oven: Follow the same steps, but bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Get creative with toppings: Peanut butter, almond butter, avocado slices, or even cherry tomatoes work beautifully!
Storage instructions:
- Airtight container: Store leftover sweet potato toast slices in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Fridge-friendly: Keep them in the fridge and reheat as needed for a quick snack.
- Reheat easily: Use the air fryer for 2-3 minutes or a toaster for 3-4 minutes.
- Meal prep hack: Make a big batch and keep them plain—top them fresh to switch up flavors each time!
