Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites Recipe
Creamy peanut butter frozen yogurt bites with a whole raspberry hidden inside each one, dipped in a thin dark chocolate shell.

- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 8 raspberries fresh or frozen
- 5 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed freeze-dried raspberries optional
Stir yogurt, peanut butter and honey until smooth.

Space raspberries evenly on a parchment-lined tray, then scoop a heaping tablespoon of the yogurt mixture over each one, covering completely to seal.

Freeze 2 hours until solid.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in short microwave bursts, stirring between each.

Dip frozen bites a few at a time, let excess drip off, place on a lined tray. Sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries while wet.
