Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

Ready in 5 minutes or less, this pumpkin pie smoothie recipe tastes like a fall dream come true!

Ingredients:

★ Pumpkin Purée

★ Frozen Banana

★ Oats

★ Yogurt

★ Milk

★ Vanilla Extract

★ Pumpkin Pie Spice

★ Pumpkin Seeds (garnish)

★ Walnuts (garnish)

★ Pinch of Cinnamon

Make Ahead!

Add all of your ingredients (except milk) to a zip-top bag and freeze! When your ready, pop it in a blender, add some milk and go!

Firstly, add all of your ingredients to a blender. Tip: If you like it sweeter, add some maple syrup.

Blend it all for about 2 minutes, or until it's smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if it's too thick.

Garnish with chopped pecans or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon. Sip and enjoy!
