Sometimes you just need a little bite to get you from one meal to the next. Whether it’s meal-prepping snacks for the week or throwing something together quickly because you need something right now, we love looking for new, healthy ways to cook our familiar favorites. These snacks are all gluten-free and many will be keto, whole30, paleo, or vegan-friendly.

Our reader’s favorites include: Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds, Air Fryer Walnuts, Sugar-Free Candied Walnuts, and Toasted Coconut Chips, which we then love turning into Chocolate Coconut Clusters.
