How far ahead can these lunches be prepped?

Most of the salads, bowls, and bakes keep for 3 to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. The soups and taco fillings freeze well beyond that, so batch and stash.

Which lunches don’t need reheating?

The chicken salads, egg salad, pasta salad, summer rolls, sushi stack, and both Greek bakes (sfougato and gemista) are all good cold. Handy when the office microwave queue is ten deep.

What makes a lunch actually keep you full until dinner?
