If you’re like me, you start your new diet on a high, absolutely nailing it for a few days. Even making fancy meals that are, for example, keto-friendly that you wouldn’t usually have the time or energy to make. And then after about a week everything hits you – you’re still a human, you still have to work, take care of the house, pets, kids, make their food, plus make your own…it’s all a bit much. That’s where these lazy keto breakfast recipes come in handy. They:

  • All have a maximum of 6 ingredients: not including things like water and salt. I did let a few extra ingredients slide in if the recipe is particularly delicious, easy, and great for meal prep.
  • They are kid-friendly which means you don’t have to make two separate breakfasts and everyone can eat the same thing together. As a mum, I get how tough mornings are with lots of mouths to feed!
  • The recipes are gluten-free, fitting a variety of other diets like paleo and even vegan.
